Birdathon: Step Up, Make an Impact

The birds are calling—and we hope you'll answer! Join the 2026 WFO Birdathon, Sept 21 to October 31, 2026, where birding, community, and conservation come together. Every bird you identify and every gift you inspire helps fund student travel grants and a Western Birds internship for emerging ornithologists across western North America—from the U.S. to Canada and Mexico.

We're committed to continuing these opportunities in 2027—help us reach our $40,000 goal!
